CENTERVILLE — Centerville’s Lady Bulldogs opened District 8-B action with a 19-0 triumph over the Hosanna Lady Blazers Tuesday here at Lady Bulldog Field.

Centerville (8-1, 1-0) defeated Hosanna by the 19-0 score in three innings.

Centerville’s Lacy LaGrange hurled a no-hitter leading the Lady Bulldogs to the victory. LaGrange worked three frames, not allowing a hit nor a run while striking out seven and walking five.

Centerville will play host to Madison Prep in district action on Thursday at 4 p.m. at Lady Bulldog Field.
