St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests this morning:

Karen H. Grier, 43, of 219 Southeast Blvd., Bayou Vista, was arrested Tuesday at 8:50 a.m. on a warrant charging her with issuing worthless checks. She was released on a summons.

Therold L. James, 27, of 3B’s Lane, Apt. 11, Bayou Vista, was arrested Tuesday at 9:57 a.m. on charges of three counts of battery on a police officer, battery on a correctional facility employee, four counts of resisting an officer with force, possession of MDMA with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana and parole violation. No bond was set.

Nick P. Daigle, 17, of 106 Landry St., Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 10:25 a.m. on a charge of theft. He was released on $1,000 bond.

Two male juveniles, both age 13, were arrested Tuesday at 3:36 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace by fighting. Both were released to guardians pending juvenile court.

Kerdern Martin, 25, of 149 Pickett St., Charenton, was arrested Tuesday at 9:49 p.m. on charges of “traffic laws apply to persons riding bicycles” and possession of marijuana. He was released on a summons.

Multi-jurisdictional Drug Task Force agents reported the arrest of Jamie Williams, 26, of 1013B’s Lane, Apt. 11, Bayou Vista, Tuesday at 11:11 a.m. on a charge of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a summons.

Alec Jackson, 17, of 612 Bigler St., Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 4:58 p.m. on a warrant charging him with possession of marijuana. He was released on a summons.

Samuel Perry, 18, of 624 Bigler St., Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 4:59 p.m. on warrants charging him with possession of marijuana and obstruction of justice. He was released on $2,000 bond.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of T’kiyah K’man Harrison, 17, of Railroad Avenue, Franklin, Tuesday at 7:47 a.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting. He was released to appear in court.

Donald Bernard Williams, 28, of Calbert Street, Franklin, was arrested today at 1:05 a.m. on a charge of shoplifting and a Lafayette Parish warrant charging him with failure to appear. He was held with no bond set awaiting transfer.
