The Northern Arapaho tribe in Wyo-ming was granted permission by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to kill or capture and release two bald eagles a year for ceremonial purposes.

Quite a backlash ensued, and in most cases for understandable reasons. As a Native American-descended man, I have to say I do not agree with the decision.
