St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests this morning:

Felipe Ortega Torres, 37, of 859 U.S. 90, Apt. 300, Bayou Vista, was arrested Wednesday at 9:57 p.m. on charges of driving left of center and driving without a lawful presence in the country. No bond was set.

Thaddeus W. Levy, 50, of Abbeville, was arrested today at 12:04 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of improper turn. He was released on $293 bond.

Multi-jurisdictional Drug Task Force agents reported the arrest of Douglas Bancroft, 51, of 2640 Fourth St., Lot 3, Berwick, Wednesday at 1:16 p.m. on warrants charging him with possession of marijuana, possession of Klonopin and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.

Fernando Marks, 25, of 338 Sorrel Railroad Row, Jeanerette, was arrested Wednesday at 5:04 p.m. on charges of second-offense possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, improper lane usage and a failure to appear warrant on a charge of possession of marijuana. No bond was set.

Neile Lorenzo, 37, of 1221 Weber St., Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 6:18 p.m. on charges of failure to stop at a stop sign, possession of Soma, possession of Lortab with intent to distribute and distribution of Lortab. No bond was set.

Desha Leuchitz, 33, of 405 Elm St., Centerville, and Ralph Forrester II, 32, of Canton, Ohio, were arrested Wednesday at 8 p.m. Leuchitz was charged with possession of Lortab with intent to distribute, distribution of Lortab, violation of a drug free zone, possession of a firearm in the presence of narcotics and possession of narcotics in the presence of a juvenile. Forrester was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute violation of a drug free zone, possession of a firearm in the presence of narcotics and possession of narcotics in the presence of a juvenile. No bonds were set.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of April Beth Cadiere, 28, of Houma, Wednesday at 2:31 p.m. on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. She was held on $1,500 bond.

Earl Johnson Jr., 46, of Bigler Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 2:26 p.m. on charges of possession of a stolen vehicle worth over $1,500, no driver’s license, possession of cocaine and open alcohol container. No bond was set.

Troy Lucas Williams, 30, of Redwood City, Calif., was arrested today at 5:49 a.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was held on $3,500 bond.
