St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests this morning:

Melissa Guillory, 53, of 190 Yellow Bayou Road, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 9:07 a.m. on a warrant charging her with issuing worthless checks. She was released on a summons.

Iris Spain, 53, of 423 Ninth St., Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 9:42 a.m. on a warrant charging her with issuing worthless checks. She was released on a summons.

John G. Deville, 46, of 205 Southeast Blvd., Bayou Vista, was arrested Thursday at 5:18 p.m. on a charge of theft. He was released on $1,000 bond.

Michael S. Blount, 48, of Palatka, Florida, was arrested Thursday at 11:17 p.m. on charges of DWI and improper lane use. No bond was set.

Multi-jurisdictional Drug Task Force agents reported the arrest of Lucius Romero, 37, of 1400 North Railroad St., Morgan City, Thursday at 12 p.m. on warrants charging him with fourth-offense possession of synthetic marijuana and parole violation. No bond was set.

Quincy Harvey, 21, of 301 First St., Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 3:19 p.m. on warrants charging him with distribution of cocaine. He was held with no bond set.

Rickey Mire Jr., 31, and Corey Mire, 25, both of 313 Venus St., Bayou Vista, were arrested Thursday at 4:21 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. They were both released on a summons.

Hadley Chapman, 21, of 1263 Prairie Road, Verdunville, was arrested Thursday at 4:38 p.m. on charges of possession of synthetic marijuana and abuse of toxic vapors. No bond was set.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Aubry Otis, 50, of Talbot Street, Franklin, Thursday at 3:51 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on traffic charges and he was additionally charged with introduction of contraband into a jail and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.

Earl Joseph Otis, 48, of Talbot Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 10:16 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace intoxicated, aggravated assault and resisting an officer by refusing to be booked. He was held on $1,250 bond.

Durell Allen Thomas, 34, of First Street, Franklin, was arrested today at 2:08 a.m. on a warrant charging him with domestic battery. He was released on $2,500 bond.
