Lillie Gray, 83, a resident and native of Jeanerette, died Wednesday, March 28 at Dauterive Hospital in New Iberia at 2:46 a.m.

Visitation will be Saturday at Jones Funeral Home in Jeanerette from 9 a.m. until funeral service at 11 a.m. Burial will be at the Beau Pré Cemetery in Jeanerette.

Survivors include a sister, Patricia Gibson of Jeanerette, and a brother, Horace Johnson of Houston. She also leaves seven grandchildren, a daughter-in-law, eight great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, a son, her adopted son, a brother, a grandson, a great-granddaughter and close friend, and a brother-in-law.

Jones Funeral Home of Jeanerette is in charge of arrangements.
