This morning the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office and Morgan City Fire Department responded to a Martin Transport Inc. truck leaking oil. The oil spill caused the intersection of Front Street and Brashear Avenue to be blocked, as well as the intersection of Front and Greenwood streets. Cleaning procedures began immediately.
