Antonio M. Giandelone, 24, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, was arrested Tuesday at 11:41 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of possession of marijuana. He was released on $5,000 bond.

Multi-jurisdictional Drug Task Force agents reported the arrest of Beau Bourque, 21, of 108 Martin Luther King St., Baldwin, Tuesday at 3:47 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was released on a summons.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Richard Randall, 45, of J.A. Hernandez Street, Franklin, Tuesday at 8:44 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of criminal neglect of family. He was held on $14,175 bond.
