The City of Franklin is having youth baseball this summer at Broussard-Harris Recreation Center.

The league is open to boys and girls 9-12 years old. Tryouts will be held at Broussard-Harris Recreation Center on May 23 and 24 at 5:30 p.m.

The season begins June 4 and ends July 24 with the “Broussard-Harris Summer Baseball League Tournament.”

Parents can fill out enrollment forms at Broussard-Harris Recreation Center and Franklin Recreation Center. Children must have health insurance at the time of enrollment. Registration will begin May 1.

Additionally, the league is recruiting volunteers. Individuals, parents, churches, businesses and community organizations are encouraged to volunteer as coaches, umpires and concession stand workers.
