Bryan P. Roy II, 24, of 1512 Cross St., No. 2, Bayou Vista, was arrested Tuesday at 7:39 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of theft. He was also charged with theft over $500. No bond was set.
James Austin, 30, of 130 South Clausen Road, Centerville, was arrested Tuesday at 6:45 a.m. on charges of aggravated battery of the infirm and second-degree battery of the infirm. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Gerald Lee Spain Sr., 53, of 10th Street, Franklin, Tuesday at 8:55 a.m. on warrants charging him with three counts of failure to appear on a charge of criminal neglect of family and one count of failure to appear for a revocation hearing. He was held on $11,555 bond.
