Carlos Santiago Torres, 30, of 130 Village Lane, Amelia, was arrested Thursday at 7:32 p.m. on charges of unlawful production, manufacturing, distribution and possession of fraudulent documents. No bond was set.
Ricky Mire Jr., 31, of 313 Venus Road, Lot A, Bayou Vista, was arrested Thursday at 11:59 p.m. on a warrant charging him with disturbing the peace. He was released on $250 bond.
Eddie Colliso Maldonaldo, 29, of 1006 First St., Patterson, was arrested today at 2:07 a.m. on charges of failure to signal and operating a vehicle without a lawful presence in the country. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Fred Lamar Williams, 24, of Eighth Street, Franklin, Thursday at 12:47 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on the charge of improper display of license plate. He was released on a $180 fine.
Reginald Henry Johnson, 49, of Ninth Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 10:04 p.m. on warrants charging him with two counts of failure to appear on traffic charges, speeding and issuing worthless checks. He was held on $3,249 bond.
Dea’Zhone D. Barker, 17, of Ninth Street, Franklin, was arrested today at 3:30 a.m. on a charge of criminal trespassing and released on $500 bond.
Deedra A. Craig, 34, of Sixth Street, Franklin, was arrested today at 7:15 a.m. on a charge of theft over $500 and held with no bond set.
An 11-year-old male was arrested Thursday on a charge of curfew violation.
A 12-year-old male was arrested Thursday on a charge of criminal damage to property.
Both were released to guardians pending juvenile court.
