Alonia F. Shearron, 43, of 805 Carl Foulcard Drive, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 10:02 a.m. on warrants charging her with failure to appear on charges of issuing worthless checks and a head light violation. She turned herself in and was held on $5,000 bond.
Willow Francis, 22, of 1514 La. 782, No. 95, Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 3:28 p.m. on a warrant charging him with two counts of theft. He was released on a summons.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Carl Louis Collins, 48, of Fourth Street, Franklin, Tuesday at 3:27 p.m. on warrants charging him with unauthorized use of a movable and theft under $300. No bond was set.
