The perpetrators are going around the city, seeking vehicles that are unlocked, entering them, and taking anything of potential value. Apparently, most of the burglaries are occurring under the cover of darkness.
The MCPD is urging residents to secure their vehicles and to not leave valuable items in them. There are no suspects yet for these crimes.
Anyone having any information about these burglaries is asked to call MCPD’s Detective Division at 380-4605.
