John Delong, 38, and Amber MetreJean, 22, both of 109 Bonnie Lane, Centerville, were arrested Monday at 8:27 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana. They were released on summons.
Daniel Wartenberg, 37, and Juliet Fisher, 51, both of 139 Mars Road, Lot C, Bayou Vista, were arrested Monday at 9:24 p.m. Wartenberg was charged with distribution of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of Percocet and possession of Adipex P. No bond was set. Fisher refused to comply with the agent’s orders and was held on $1,000 bond.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Shannon Charles Ferguson, 52, of Irish Bend Road, Franklin, Monday at 9:49 a.m. on a warrant charging him with unauthorized entry of a place of business. No bond was set.
A female juvenile, age 12, was arrested Monday on charge of runaway.
A 13-year-old male juvenile was arrested today on a charge of criminal damage to property
Both were released to guardians pending juvenile court.
