The St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office reports the following arrests overnight, according to Sheriff Mark Hebert:

—Eddie Norman, 33, of Hunting Road, Franklin, and Steve Berryhill, 41, of Fairmont Street, Bayou Vista, arrested at 1468 Fairmont Street in Bayou Vista at 4:09 p.m. Tuesday for possession of drug paraphernalia with Norman also being charged with operation of a clandestine lab after a deputy was called to the location for a medical emergency. Both were arrested, with Norman being booked into the parish jail with no bond set and Berryhill being issued a summons to appear in court on Sept. 12.

—Layne Aucoin, 19, of La. 662, Morgan City, was arrested at 12:23 a.m. today for disturbing the peace after a disturbance at Arlington Road in Bayou Vista. Witnesses reported that Aucoin was breaking windows on a trailer and cursing. Booked into the parish jail with a $250 bond.

The Patterson Police Department reports the following arrest according to Chief Patrick LaSalle:

—William Wayne Burgess Sr., 54, of 4th Street, Berwick, was arrested at the Berwick Police Department at 1:47 p.m. Tuesday on a failure to appear warrant for passing a parked emergency vehicle, no insurance, and suspended driver’s license. Remains incarcerated with a bond of $889.

The Berwick Police Department reported four arrests, all of non-residents on warrants from other places, according to Chief James Richard. The following three arrests were made at the Cypress RV Park at 6:24 p.m. Tuesday:

—Justin Samanie, 20, of Main Project Road, Schriever, arrested on a warrant from the Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office for theft. Awaiting extradition.

—Justin Harris, 23, of Service Road, Rayne, arrested on a warrant for domestic abuse battery from the Rayne Police Department. Released after posting a $3,000 bond.

—Elicia Collins, 24, of Service Road, Rayne, arrested on warrants for leash law violation and loud music from the Rayne Police Department. Awaiting extradition.

The Berwick Police received information from the Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office that Samanie might be at the RV park. While there, Harris and Collins were also located.

Burgess was also arrested by the BPD.

The Morgan City Police Department reported the following arrests overnight, according to Chief Marc Folse.

—Larosa Washington, 57, of Morgan City, arrested at the East Gate Shopping Center at 11:44 a.m. Tuesday, charged with criminal trespassing. Booked and incarcerated with bond set at $335.

—Juan Guerra, 17, of Victor II Boulevard, Morgan City, was arrested near Allison Street at 2:17 p.m. Tuesday, charged with no driver license, window tint violation, and equipment violation for obscured taillights. Guerra was booked and incarcerated with bond set at $563.
