St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests from the past weekend:

Samantha Landreneau, 20, of 134 South Verret St., Amelia, was arrested Friday at 5:39 a.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace intoxicated. She was released on $250 bond.

Earl Woolvine Jr., 48, of New Iberia, was arrested Friday at 8:39 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of no boat registration numbers. He was held on $5,000 bond.

Yesenia Ortiz, 21, of 2602 Lake Palourde Road, Amelia, was arrested Friday at 6:54 p.m. on charges of operating a vehicle without a lawful presence in the country and stop sign violation. No bond was set.

Alfred Stokes Jr., 31, of Gray, was arrested Friday at 1:13 p.m. on a warrant charging him with issuing worthless checks. He was released on a summons.

James Bertrand, 52, of 135 Easy St., Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 5:14 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana, violation of a drug free zone, possession of drug paraphernalia and no license plate. No bond was set.

Chantell Ruffin, 22, of Gibson, was arrested Saturday at 1:26 p.m. on Morgan City warrants charging her with failure to appear on charges of improper lane use and speeding. She was turned over to Morgan City police.

Alicia Sylvester, 23, of 1414 James St., Morgan City, was arrested Friday at 1:28 p.m. on warrants charging her with failure to appear for revocation on a charge of possession of marijuana and a Houma warrant charging her with failure to comply with a sentence on the original charge of theft of goods. No bond was set.

Ricky Dotson Jr., 34, of 903 Third St., Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 12:55 p.m. on charges of DWI, open container and improper lane use. He was released on $3,000 bond.

Harold Randle, 30, of 142 Mary Garrett St., Baldwin, was arrested Sunday at 10:57 a.m. on Lafayette warrants charging him with failure to appear on charges of expired inspection sticker and driving under suspension. He was also charged with failure to signal. No bond was set.

Benjamin Splane, 27, of 406 Main St., Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 5:18 a.m. on charges of DWI and careless operation. He was released on $2,000 bond.

Multi-jurisdictional Drug Task Force members reported the arrest of Joseph Eusey, 34, of 201 Hendricks St., Patterson, Friday at 7:18 p.m. on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to signal and two counts of failure to appear. He was held on $14,250 bond.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Ernest Lawrence Ladd Jr., 49, of Main Street, Franklin, Friday at 5:32 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on traffic charges. He was also charged with a district court warrant on charges of failure to appear on traffic charges. He was held on $1,500 bond.

Carl Joseph Dupas, 48, of Park Avenue, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 6:58 p.m. on charges of simple battery and disturbing the peace. He was held on $750 bond.

Carmelita Danielle Ferguson, 39, of Park Avenue, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 8:15 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace and simple battery, and warrants charging her with failure to appear on a charge of criminal neglect of family. She was held on $11,692 bond.

Nyah Boudreaux, 30, of James Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 5:23 a.m. on charges of disturbing the peace intoxicated, resisting an officer with force and battery on an officer. She was released on $3,250 bond.

Freddie Conley III, 44, of Martin Luther King Boulevard, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 5:25 a.m. on a charge of aggravated assault. He was released on $1,000 bond.

Bernard Bryant Williams, 49, of Eagle Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 12:03 a.m. on a warrant charging him with improper language in a telephone communication. He was released on $1,000 bond.

Darren Oscar Welch, 41, of Robert Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 1:40 a.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting. He was released on $250 bond.

A 16-year-old male was arrested Sunday on charges of curfew violation and disturbing the peace by fighting. He was released to a guardian pending juvenile court.
