St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests this morning:

Robert L. Arceneaux, 41, of 202 Cypremort Road, Four Corners, was arrested Tuesday at 1:03 p.m. on a charge of simple battery. He was released on $500 bond.

Kelly Killingsworth, 34, of 112 Dottie’s Lane, Ricohoc, was arrested Tuesday at 2:28 p.m. on a charge of driving under suspension. He was released on a summons.

Albert T. Hebert Jr., 47, of 100 Watson Lane, Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 2:06 p.m. on charges of driving under suspension, two counts of battery on a police officer, resisting with force and attempting to disarm a police officer. No bond was set.

Ever Enemcio, 25, of Lydia Plantation, Jeanerette, was arrested Wednesday at 3:44 p.m. at Cypremort Point State Park on charges of operating a vehicle without a lawful presence in the country and open alcohol container. No bond was set.

Catherine L. Crockett, 21, of 483 Utah St., Berwick, was arrested Wednesday at 7:01 p.m. on a charge of theft of goods. She was released on a summons.

Michael Baker, 39, of 818 Walnut Drive, Morgan City, was arrested today at 1:53 a.m. on charges of DWI, general speed law and improper lane use. No bond was set.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Chelsey M. Jack, 17, of Iberia Street, Franklin, Tuesday at 1:26 p.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear on a charge of disturbing the peace, and she was additionally charged with resisting an officer by giving false information, resisting an officer and simple assault on an officer. She was held on $2,622 bond.

Michael J. Scott, 46, of Mitchell Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 3:11 p.m. on warrants charging him with failure to appear on a charge of criminal neglect of family, failure to register as a sex offender and failure to notify law enforcement of address change. He was held on $5,628 bond.

Lawanda Faye Robinson, 31, of New Iberia, was arrested Wednesday at 4:36 p.m. on a warrant charging her with issuing worthless checks. She was released on $1,000 bond.

Sean Trevor Gaspard, 26, of Josephine Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 11:40 p.m. on a charge of possession of cocaine. No bond was set.
