Marlene and Auston Connor Sr. of Baldwin wish to announce the engagement of their daughter, Jaleesa Jaree’ Connor to Brent Notto.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Ora Mae Prince, the late Leonard Prince, the late Julian Connor and the late Mary Louise Connor. She is a graduate of both West St. Mary High School and the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. She is currently employed with At&T Mobility.

The prospective groom is the son of Theresa Notto and the late Lee Notto Jr. of Baldwin. He is the grandson of Annabel Notto, Leo Notto Sr., Martha Merrick and Herbert Merrick, all deceased. He is a graduate of West St. Mary High School and is currently attending the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He is employed with Intertrust Armored Services.

The wedding ceremony will take place Saturday, August 11 at Keith’s Ballroom in Broussard.
