St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests this morning:

Mark Turl, 36, of Napoleonville, was arrested Friday at 10:50 a.m. on charges of speeding and driving under suspension. He was released on a summons.

Bree Aucoin, 17, of 1407 Middle Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Friday at 2:14 p.m. on a warrant charging Aucoin with criminal damage to property. Also arrested on warrants for the same charges were Ryan Francis, 17, of 7108 Park Road, Morgan City at 4:44 p.m., and Ryan Boudreaux, 17, of 212 Southeast Blvd., Bayou Vista, at 12:22 p.m. All were charged in connection with an investigation into several homes being “egged” in Bayou Vista. All were released on $500 bonds.

Joseph Bias, 55, of 105 Guzzetta Drive, Berwick, was arrested Friday at 4:12 p.m. on a charge of hit and run. He was released on a summons.

Megan Falgout, 28, of 1206 Clements Lane, Morgan City, was arrested Friday at 7:22 p.m. on a charge of theft. She was released on a summons.

Olbin Lopez, 30, of 7257 La. 182, Amelia, was arrested Saturday on charges of reckless operation, operating a vehicle without a lawful presence in the United States and failure to provide proof of insurance. He was held on $1,250 bond.

Juzazz J. Archield, 30, of 125 Fortier Lane, Jeanerette, was arrested Saturday at 5:21 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear. He was released on $2,000 bond.

Jerry P. Mayon, 27, of 116 Degravelle Road, Amelia, was arrested Sunday at 3:34 a.m. on a charge of domestic abuse battery. No bond was set.

Pamela J. Cain, 50, of 133 Two Sisters Court, Bayou Vista, was arrested Sunday on charges of disturbing the peace intoxicated, resisting an officer and battery on an officer. He was held on $2,250 bond.

The St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division reported the arrest of Jessica S. Martin, 33, of 514 Joey St., Patterson, Friday at 2:25 p.m. on a warrant charging her with conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine. She was released on $5,000 bond.

Barry Robertson, 40, of Pensacola, Florida, was arrested Saturday at 10:59 a.m. on a warrant charging him with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a drug free zone. Bond had not been set as of this morning.

Pattie Sue Uriegas, 19, of Pierre Part, was arrested Saturday at 10:27 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released on a summons.

Chitimacha Police Chief Blaise Smith reported the arrest of Carey Gary, 40, of New Iberia, Friday at 11:45 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace intoxicated and possession of marijuana. He was released on a summons.

Derek Anthony, 22, of St. Martinville, was arrested Saturday at 2 a.m. on a warrant charging him with possession of marijuana. He was released on a summons.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Shawn Tyrone Jenkins, 34, of Carl C. Foulcard Drive, Franklin, Friday at 4:53 a.m. on a charge of second-offense domestic abuse battery. No bond was set.

Braxton R. Prince, 19, of Antigo Alley, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 11:30 p.m. on warrants charging him with remaining where forbidden and two counts of resisting an officer by flight. He was held on $2,500 bond.

Courtney L. Bourda, 29, of Ninth Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 12:18 a.m. on charges of no turn signal, no driver’s license and possession of marijuana. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Joseph Nedd, 44, of Willow Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 7:45 p.m. on charges of violation of a protective order, remaining where forbidden, four counts of resisting an officer with force, two counts of battery on a police officer and criminal damage to property. No bond was set.

Donald Ray Randle, 57, of Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 4:03 a.m. on charges of unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling and resisting an officer with force. No bond was set.

Nina Reed, 56, of West Third Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 4:45 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by profanity. She was held on $250 bond.

Sadara Boatman, 25, of Ash Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 7:28 p.m. on a charge of simple battery. She was released to appear in court.

Vontre Paul, 19, of Weber Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 7:59 p.m. on a charge of simple battery. He was held on $500 bond.

A 16-year-old male was arrested Saturday on a charge of violation of a protective order. He was released to a legal guardians pending juvenile court.
