To be discussed are the recent transformer explosion and fire and subsequent electrical outages, including what the city will do to go forward with additional challenges to having reliable electricity. The possibility of contracting with a consulting engineer, including advice about whether to get a new transformer or another refurbished one, is expected to be discussed.
Also to be discussed are the rolling forward of millage rates for tax year 2012 and other regular business.
