Tammy Lynn Williams, 38, a native of New Orleans and resident of Houma, died Friday at 10:25 p.m. at Terrebonne General Medical Center.

Visitation will be Saturday at Beautiful Zion Baptist Church, 102 Hialeah Ave. in Houma, from 10 a.m. until the funeral service at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Halfway Cemetery in Gray.

Survivors include her parents, Kenneth Gauche and Joyce Simms Gauche of Houma; two brothers, Donald Poindexter and Michael Simms, both of Houma; one sister, Shavon Maize Short of Patterson; her paternal grandmother; and a host of relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, paternal grandparents, maternal great-grandmother, godparents, three aunts and three uncles.
