St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests this morning:

Reginald Thomas, 46, of 1039 Eagle St., Franklin, was arrested Friday at 2:20 p.m. on a warrant charging him with theft by fraud and a Franklin warrant charging him with theft by fraud. He was released on $15,000 bond.

Michael Hickson, 20, of 410 Sixth St., Berwick, was arrested Saturday at 12:16 a.m. on a charge of criminal trespassing.

Also arrested was Alonzo Henry, 18, of 511 Williams St., Patterson, on a charge of criminal trespassing.

Both were charged after an Amelia property owner complained of the two reportedly being on his property. Both were released on summonses.

Kelly Richard, 33, of Pierre Part, was arrested Saturday at 4:07 a.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear on a charge of theft of goods. She was released on $2,500 bond.

Sergio Cerritos, 20, of 1120 Lakeview Drive, Amelia, was arrested Sunday at 9:57 a.m. on charges of careless operation and driving without a legal presence in the country. No bond was set.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Janice Baptiste, 58, of Morris Street, Franklin, Friday at 10:05 a.m. on a charge of simple battery. She was released on $296 bond.

Khadijah Jerbess Parker, 19, of Robicheaux Lane, Verdunville, was arrested Saturday at 12:03 a.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting. Parker was held on $250 bond.

Latasha Marie Callery, 30, of Cayce Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 12:03 a.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting. She was released on $250 bond.

Phillip John Comeaux, 41, of Main Street, Franklin, was arrested today at 2:43 a.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace intoxicated. He was held on $250 bond.

A 12-year-old male was arrested Friday on a charge of simple battery. He was released to guardians pending juvenile court.
