St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests this morning:

Earl Charles, 42, of 138 Charles Lane, Four Corners, was arrested Friday at 5:06 p.m. on a warrant charging him with aggravated battery. No bond was set.

Rigoberto Cruz Barrios, 26, of 33 Odile Street, Amelia, was arrested Saturday at 3:13 a.m. on charges of improper lane use, operating a vehicle without a legal presence in the country and switched license plate. No bond was set.

Diosdado Perez, 37, of 723 Gabriel St., Patterson, Kireniea Puentes, 34, same address and a juvenile male, age 14, were arrested Saturday at 7:48 p.m. on charges of theft. All were released on summonses.

Carlos Pirir, 27, of 1503 Southeast Blvd., Apt. A, New Iberia, was arrested Saturday at 8:58 p.m. on charges of tail lights violation, operating a vehicle without a lawful presence in the country and unlawful possession of fraudulent documents. No bond was set.

Quinton Jones, 21, of 117 Friendship Alley, Amelia, was arrested Sunday at 1:27 a.m. on charges of DWI, stop sign violation, no driver’s license and open alcohol container. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Courtney Lynette Bourgeois, 23, of 298 Prairie Road, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 7:56 p.m. on a charge of theft. She was released on a summons.

Tammy Delahoussaye, 43, of 219 Onstead St., Morgan City, was arrested Sunday at 9:15 p.m. on charges of DWI, careless operation and no driver’s license on person. No bond was set.

Shekawana Johnson, 28, of 1215 Cypremort Road, Lot 1, Jeanerette, was arrested Sunday at 11:03 p.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear on a charge of issuing worthless checks. No bond was set.

The St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division reported the arrest of Barry Butts, 25, of 268 Jones Road No. 2, Jeanerette, Saturday at 9:15 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance.

Also arrested was Rico Williams, 25, same address, on charges possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a firearm in the presence of a CDS, possession of a firearm by a person convicted of certain felonies, and an Iberia Parish warrant for probation violation on a charge of unauthorized use of a moveable.

No bonds were set.

Chitimacha Police Chief Blaise Smith reported the arrest of Slade Bobbit, 24, of Charenton, Saturday at 11:23 p.m. on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was released on $250 bond.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Wibray Joseph Dauntain, 18, of Easy Street, Franklin, Friday at 10:17 a.m. on a warrant charging him with simple battery. He was released on $500 bond.

Scott Treadway, 48, of Naquin Street, Baldwin, was arrested Saturday at 7:44 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting. He was released on $250 bond.

Benjamin Lee Robicheaux, 43, of 10th Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 7:44 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting and Iberia Parish warrants charging him with three counts of issuing worthless checks. He was released on $1,250 total bond.

Danielle Paul, 18, of Freeman Lane, Patterson, was arrested Saturday at 9:57 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting. She was released on $250 bond.

Sade Latrae Lemon, 21, of Isabella Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 9:57 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting. She was released on $250 bond.

Connie Lynn Jennings, 39, of Robertson Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 10:56 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting. She was released on $250 bond.

Vanessa Lucille Diggs, 41, of Prairie Road North, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 10:58 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting. She was held on $250 bond.

Logan Charpentier, 20, of Irish Bend Road, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 2:26 p.m. on charges of aggravated flight from an officer, resisting an officer, reckless operation, speeding, two counts of stop sign violation, possession of synthetic marijuana, possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, improper lane use and traveling left of center. He was held on $69,900 bond.
