St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests this morning:

Jordan McDaniel, 19, of 109 Ninth St., Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 9:59 a.m. on a warrant charging him with criminal trespassing and another charging him with failure to appear on a charge of possession of marijuana. He was held on $2,500 bond.

Nina S. Butler, 29, of 224 Wren St., Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 11:46 a.m. on a warrant charging her with probation violation. No bond was set.

The St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Narcotics Division reported the arrest of Trent Duhon, 17, of 815 U.S. 90, Morgan City, Tuesday at 12:34 p.m. on a warrant charging him with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a minor, possession of alcohol by a minor, contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of tobacco by a minor. No bond was set.

Brenna Foreman, 20, of 815 Middle Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Tuesday at 2:58 p.m. on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Diana Simmons, 49, of 1819 Saturn Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Tuesday at 2:58 p.m. on a charge of possession of synthetic marijuana and abuse of toxic vapors.

Ronald Giroir, 21, of 1005 Sandra St., Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 2:58 p.m. on charges of possession of synthetic marijuana and abuse of toxic vapors.

Gerald Spain Jr., 33, of 1024 Oakdale St., Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 4:27 p.m. on a warrant charging him with third-offense possession of marijuana. He was held on $2,500 bond.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Aaron Cage, 21, of Cherry Street, Patterson, Monday at 11:23 a.m. on a warrant charging him with possession of marijuana. He was released on $2,000 bond.

Christopher Allen Schoenberg, 34, of Broussard, was arrested Monday at 2:59 p.m. on a charge of theft over $500. He was held on $10,000 bond.

Travis Lee Derouen, 24, of Melancon Road, Broussard, was arrested Monday at 2:59 p.m. on a charge of theft over $500. He was held on $10,000 bond.

A juvenile female, age 15, was arrested Monday on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting. She was released to guardians pending juvenile court.

Ariel Alexis Darby, 17, of Seventh Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 10:05 a.m. on warrants charging her with simple battery, battery of a school teacher and disturbing the peace by fighting. She was released on $3,250 bond.

Wilbert Mitchell, 47, of Easy Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 10:11 a.m. on warrants charging him with failure to appear on traffic charges. No bond was set.
