George Williams Jr., 69, a native and resident of Patterson, died Wednesday, September 12, 2012 at 7:35 a.m., at Teche Regional Medical Center from a vehicle accident.

Visitation will be Saturday, September 15, at Jones Funeral Home Chapel in Morgan City, from 9 a.m until funeral service at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in the Willing Workers Cemetery in Patterson.

“Skin” leaves to cherish his memories one son, George (Ninette) Williams III of Patterson; five sisters, Wanda Johnson of Berwick, Mrs. Irving (Alice) Delahoussaye, Jeanette Gray and Barbara Walker, all of Morgan City, and Mrs. David (Rosanell) Green of New Iberia; four brothers, Shedrick Williams, Ricky (Harriet) Williams, and Clifton (Regina) Williams, all of Patterson, and Willie (Kim) Williams of Opelousas; four aunts, two uncles and five grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
