St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests this morning:

Robert L. Mulligan, 60, of 759 Degravelle Road, Amelia, was arrested Wednesday at 7:11 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of possession of marijuana or synthetic marijuana. He was held on $15,000 bond.

Kashonda Richard, 35, of 3203 La. 87, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 8:05 a.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear on a charge of issuing worthless checks and a St. Martin Parish warrant charging her with failure to appear on charges of expired inspection and driving under suspension. She was held on local bond of $750.

Julian Otis, 35, of 211 Southeast Blvd., Bayou Vista, was arrested Wednesday at 1:06 p.m. on a charge of theft. He was released on a summons.

Shane Anslum, 32, of 1168 Delmar St., Morgan City, was arrested Wednesday at 3 p.m. on a warrant charging him with indecent behavior with a juvenile. No bond was set.

Louis Plaisance, 89, of 604 Tournament Blvd., Berwick, was arrested Wednesday at 6:45 p.m. on a charge of hit and run driving. He was released on a summons.

Hung Van Tran, 40, of Pinell Trailer Park, Baldwin, was arrested Wednesday at 7:01 p.m. on a charge of failure to appear on a charge of operating a vehicle with an improperly secured load. He was held on $5,000 bond.

The St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division reported the arrest of Delisha Josephine Smith, 25, of 2637 Fifth St., Berwick, Wednesday at 12:36 p.m. on warrants charging her with possession of a legend drug without a prescription, possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a juvenile and violation of drug free zone. She was held on $15,000.

Carren Comeaux, 31, of 126 Moffet Court, Morgan City, was arrested Wednesday at 4:55 p.m. on a warrant charging her with possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of John Loustalot, 27, of Cayce Street, Franklin, Wednesday at 3 p.m. on warrants charging him with simple robbery and simple battery. He was held with no bond set.

Leslie Wells Jr., 42, of Lafayette, was arrested Wednesday at 8:03 p.m. on charges of speeding, reckless operation and aggravated flight. No bond was set.

Morris Paul Thibeaux, 56, of Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 10:35 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace intoxicated and remaining where forbidden. No bond was set.
