Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Shannon Dwayne Carson, 38, of Martin Luther King Boulevard, Franklin, Monday at 10:35 a.m. on charges of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and violation of a drug free zone. No bond was set.
Blaine Matthew Case, 18, of La. 182, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 3:13 p.m. on a warrant charging him with simple assault. He was released on $250 bond.
