RICOHOC — Four people were arrested in a drug bust Wednesday afternoon at a Ricohoc residence on La. 182, according to St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert.

Narcotics Division agents made the arrests after they executed a search warrant at 6:43 p.m. at the home of Keith and Susannia Clark, Hebert stated in a news release.

Upon entering the residence, agents located several subjects and juveniles, he stated. While conducting the search of the home agents located numerous pills, crack cocaine, and items of drug paraphernalia, he stated.

Hebert identified those arrested as:

—Keith Allen Clark, 38, of La. 182, Ricohoc, arrested for possession schedule III (Vicodin), possession of a legend drug (Norvasc), possession of a legend drug (Flurbiprofen), possession of legend drug (Acephalexin), possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute, two counts distribution of crack cocaine and possession of a controlled-dangerous substance in the presence of a juvenile.

—Susannia Marie Clark, 37, of La. 182, Ricohoc, arrested for possession schedule III (Vicodin), possession of schedule IV (Lonamin), possession of a legend drug (Norvasc), possession of a legend drug (Nabumetone), possession of legend drug (Lupra 500), possession of a legend drug (Flurbiprofen), possession of a legend drug (Acephalexin) and possession of controlled-dangerous substance in the presence of a juvenile.

—Burney Carter Jr., 52, of La. 182, Ricohoc, arrested for possession of crack cocaine, possession of schedule III (Vicodin), possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal carrying of a weapon.

—Kathy Pierce Burns, 45, of Teche Road, Bayou Vista, arrested for possession of crack cocaine, possession of schedule III (Lortab), possession of a legend drug (Robatin) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

All four remain jailed with bail not yet set.

The children were left in the care of a neighbor.

with the permission of the parents.
