The Berwick Lady Panthers struggled at the Lutcher Tournament as they dropped their three matches.

The Lady Panthers fell to Denham Springs (16-25, 13-25), Riverside (20-25, 21-25) and East St. John (17-25, 24-26).

Against Denham Springs, the Lady Panthers (5-12) were led by Elizabeth Hover’s two kills, assists and blocks apiece as well as a dig, while Abigail Ohlin added two kills and four digs. Abigail Askew recorded three blocks in the loss.

In the Lady Panthers’ second match of the day against Riverside, Hover recorded four kills and five assists and digs apiece, while Arcemont had a nice game with three kills and assists apiece, an ace and two digs. Other Lady Panther contributors included Ohlin, a kill, assist and ace apiece and four digs, and Askew, three kills and a dig and a block each.

Against East St. John, Hover once again dominated the stat sheet for the Lady Panthers with five kills and digs each, six assists and two blocks, while Rebecca Richard added two assists, four aces and three digs. Other Lady Panther contributors included Ohlin, five kills and seven digs; Diana Grace Guarisco, three aces and seven digs; Celeste Bowers, an assist and seven digs; and

Askew, a kill, assist and dig apiece as well as five blocks.
