MORGAN CITY, La. -- Leroy Johnson of Patterson won the first place prize of $40 in the weekly Daily Review Football Contest.

Johnson was tied with Regina Guidry of Patterson for first place, but broke the tie by picking the winner in the tie-breaker game.

The tie-breaker was South Carolina 35, Georgia 7.

Second-place finishers win $20.

The weekly contest is published in the Tuesday edition of The Daily Review.
