St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests from the past 24-hour reporting period:

Larry Joseph Marceaux, of 104 Willowbend Drive, Lot 2, Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 11:02 a.m. at his residence on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia while being detained by La. Probation and Parole agents. Bond had not been set as of this morning.

Gerald Mitchell Sr., 55, of 1010 Mitchell Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 8:32 p.m. on Irish Bend Road near Gum Point Lane in Franklin on charges of obstruction of justice, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of crack cocaine. Bond had not been set as of this morning.

Robert Lee Taylor, 28, of 210 Mars Road, Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 10:55 a.m. at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center in Centerville, on a warrant charging him with possession of stolen property in connection with a Bayou Vista burglary. Bond had not been set as of this morning.

The following arrests by the Sheriff’s Narcotics Division were reported:

Donald Richard Jr., 31, of 207 Newman Street, Baldwin, was arrested Tuesday on U.S. 90 in Baldwin on charges of possession of marijuana, resisting an officer, failure to use a turn signal and open alcoholic container in a motor vehicle. Bond had not been set as of this morning.

Scotty Paul Miller, 21, and Tyler Joseph Voisin, 21, both of Grizzaffi Street Lot 32, Morgan City, were arrested Tuesday at 3:01 pm. on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. They were released on summonses.

Nicole St. Germain, 39, of 608 Druilhet Street, Jeanerette, was arrested Tuesday at 7:06 p.m. on Bollard Street in Baldwin, on a charge of second offense possession of marijuana. Bond had not been set as of this morning.

Brandon Allen, 27, of 419 Cypress Lane, Jeanerette, was arrested Tuesday at 7:06 p.m. on Bollard Street in Baldwin on a charge of possession of cocaine. Bond had not been set as of this morning.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:

Alex James Landry, 17, of Weber Street, Franklin, and Lance David Landry, 20, of Martin Luther King Road, Charenton, were arrested Tuesday at 7:49 p.m. Alex Landry was charged with two counts of failure to use a turn signal, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia. Lance Landry was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. Both were held and bonds had not been set as of this morning.

Four female juveniles, three 16-year-olds and a 15-year-old, were arrested Tuesday and charged with two counts each simple battery and disturbing the peace by fighting.

All were booked and released to legal guardians, pending possible juvenile court proceedings.
