Raphael Chapman Jr., 41, of 135 River Bend Road, Pierre Part, was arrested Monday at 1:39 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace. He was held on $250 bond.
The St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division reported the arrest of Wilbray Joseph Dauntin, 18, of 212 Easy St., Franklin, Monday at 4:26 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was released on a summons.
