St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests this morning:

Martha Ashley, 56, of 203 Elm St., Centerville, was arrested Thursday at 11:57 a.m. on a charge of leash law violation. She was released on a summons.

Gabrieo Boulander, 23, of 102 Moss St., Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 2:50 p.m. on a charge of unlawful Internet-based social networking account by an inmate. He was allegedly posting photos on Facebook while incarcerated. No bond was set.

Youlanda J. Rubbins, 33, of 19845 La. 182, Jeanerette, was arrested Thursday at 8:28 p.m. on a warrant charging her with issuing worthless checks. She was released on a summons.

Tyler Emmanuel Brewer, no age give, of Lafayette, was arrested today at 12:15 a.m. on charges of possession of alcoholic beverage and failure to signal. He was released on a summons.

Nicholas Joseph Billiot, 29, of 300 Franklin St., Morgan City, was arrested Friday at 2 a.m. on charges of DWI, hit and run and reckless operation. No bond was set.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Michael S. Meyer, 20, of Cypress Street, Franklin, Thursday at 8:27 a.m. on a warrant charging him with theft. He was released on $1,000 bond.

Daniquia Polidore, 21, of St. John Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 8:50 a.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear on a charge of battery on a juvenile. No bond was set.

A 16-year-old female was arrested Thursday on charges of daytime curfew violation and constructive contempt of court. She was released to guardians pending juvenile court.
