Sandra Caldwell of Amelia wishes to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of her daughter, Jacklyn Carole Caldwell, to Louis Joseph Picou Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Bell of Stephensville and the late Louis Picou Sr. The bride-elect is also the daughter of the late Jack Caldwell.
