St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests this weekend:

Shay Cline, 20, of 116 Robicheaux Lane, Centerville, was arrested Friday at 12:50 p.m. on charges of entering contraband into a jail and malfeasance in office. He was held on $20,000 bond.

Phillip Patterson, 40, of 212 Easy St., Franklin, was arrested Friday at 6:04 p.m. on a warrant charging him with theft and criminal damage to property. He was held on $2,000 bond.

John Buck Jr., 22, of 266 Ricohoc Drive, Ricohoc, was arrested Saturday at 3:25 a.m. on charges of simple battery and disturbing the peace. He was released on $750 bond.

Lisa Aucoin, 53, of 131 Main St., Patterson, was arrested Sunday at 12:15 a.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear on charges of resisting an officer and simple battery. Her bond was set at $400.

Franklin Police Department Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Derrick Charles Elair, 33, of Maple Street, Franklin, Friday at 7:43 a.m. on a charge of domestic abuse battery. He was released on $1,500 bond.

Victoria R. Benge, 30, of West Ibert Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 12:23 p.m. on a warrant charging her with domestic abuse battery. She was released on $1,500 bond.

Tracey Hebert, 34, of Morris Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 7:45 p.m. on a 15th Judicial District Court warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of criminal neglect of family. He was held to await transfer.

Lawrence Francis Pellerin, 27, of Verdunville Road, Verdunville, was arrested Saturday at 10:22 p.m. on charges of driving under suspension and illegal left turn. He was released on $1,000 bond.

Aaron Cage, 21, of Cherry Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 12:11 a.m. by Patterson police in Franklin warrants charging him with domestic abuse battery, simple battery of a juvenile and simple criminal damage to property. He was also charged with a Third Ward Court warrant on charges of failure to appear. No bond was set.

A 13-year-old female was arrested Friday on a charge of theft by shoplifting.

A 13-year-old female was arrested Friday on charges of ungovernable, disturbing the peace by obscene language, resisting an officer with force and simple assault on a school teacher.

A 14-year-old male was arrested Saturday on charges of two counts of being ungovernable and two counts of curfew violation.

A 14-year-old male was arrested Friday on a charge of runaway.

All juveniles were released to guardians pending juvenile court.
