St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests this morning:

Lindsay Paul Stanton, 26, of 19710 La. 182, Jeanerette, was arrested Monday at 9:15 a.m. on charges of simple battery and aggravated assault. He was released on $1,500 bond.

A juvenile male, age 14, was arrested Monday at the St. Mary Alternative School on a charge of simple battery. He was released to a guardian pending juvenile court.

Henry Harris Randall, 34, of 107 Village Lane, Amelia, was arrested Monday at 9:22 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace, obstructing a public passage and resisting an officer. He was held on $2,250 bond.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Michelle Marie Theriot, 24, of East Rosebud Street, Baldwin, Monday at 12:41 p.m. on a warrant charging her with simple assault. She was released to appear in court.

Trivaughn D. Rudolph, 21, of Baptiste Street, Baldwin, was arrested Monday at 2:08 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of driving under suspension. No bond was set.
