Caffery was already incarcerated on other charges when charged with the Franklin warrant. McGuire said the victim was a 13-year-old female. Because of extenuating circumstances she could not reveal due to privacy issues when a juvenile is involved, the chief said the charge was aggravated rape rather than carnal knowledge of a juvenile. Caffery was held with no bond set.
