St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests from the past weekend:

Jamie Ortiz, 26, of 821 Cypress St., Amelia, was arrested Friday at 9:08 p.m. on charges of DWI, careless operation and driving without a legal presence in the country. No bond was set.

Brent M. Rock Jr., 22, of 723 Arlington Road, No. 4, Bayou Vista, was arrested Saturday at 3:23 p.m. on charges of theft and simple battery. He was released on $1,500 bond.

Angie Gayle Lafleur, 32, of Bayou L’Ourse, was arrested Sunday at 2:15 a.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear on a charge of simple battery. She was released on $5,000 bond.

A juvenile male, 16, was arrested Sunday at 4:57 pm. on a charge of theft. He was released to a guardian pending juvenile court.

Alanna Thompson, 32, of 1041 Shaw Drive, Apt. 3, Morgan City, was arrested Sunday at 4:34 p.m. on a charge of theft. She was released on a summons.

Brandon Leigh Bowyer, 31, of Robertson, Alabama, was arrested today at 2:18 a.m. on charges of disturbing the peace and simple battery. Also arrested was Ryan Winter, 21, of Lafayette, on charges of disturbing the peace intoxicated and simple battery. Bonds were set at $500.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Jimmy Dean Theriot, 60, of Lee Street, Franklin, Friday at 10:21 a.m. on a warrant charging him with domestic abuse battery. He was released on $3,500 bond.

Hanna Marie Williams, 50, of St. Joseph Lane, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 10:50 a.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear on a charge of disturbing the peace. She was released on a $332 fine.

L’Dre Marvinell Thomas, 23, of Dixie Road, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 2:58 p.m. on a warrant charging him with simple battery. He was released on $500 bond.

Shontranice Monique McDaniel, 17, of Gum Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 3 p.m. on a warrant charging her with simple battery. She was released on $500 bond.

Lakeisha Laynette Harris, 27, of Canal Drive, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 8:09 p.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear on a charge of speeding. She was released on a $205 fine.

Rex Paul Racheau, 58, of Hanson Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 10:20 p.m. on a 32nd Judicial District Court warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of not abiding by regulations of a wildlife management area. He was released on a $500 fine.

Lashonta Lekisha Lumpkin, 20, of Isabella Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 8:15 a.m. on a warrant charging her with simple battery. She was released on $500 bond.

Randolph Joseph, 21, of Anderson Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 2:03 p.m. on warrants charging him with failure to appear on a charge of criminal damage to property, also Patterson warrants charging him with disturbing the peace and resisting an officer by flight. He was held on $515 local bond.

Ranice Jamelle Moore, 23, of Thibodaux, was arrested Saturday at 5:05 p.m. on a charge of speeding and driving under suspension, as well as on warrants from Lafourche Parish and Terrebonne Parish charging her with failure to appear on traffic charges. She was released on $1,250 local bond, $500 Terrebonne bond and $6,000 Lafourche bond.

Mary Kathleen Folan, 34, of Florida Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 7:39 p.m. on warrants charging her with failure to appear on traffic charges and leash law violation. She was held on $727 bond.

Cherie L. Loustalot, 30, of Mechanic Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday 9:32 p.m. on a charge of possession of Schedule IV narcotics. No bond was set.

Kerone Anthony Daniels, 28, of Blakesley Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 12:35 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on traffic charges. He was released on $220 bond.

Edmond Brian Davis, 49, of Samuel Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 5:01 p.m. on a charge of domestic abuse battery. He was released on $3,500 bond.

Nakisha Nicole Hunter, 25, of St. John Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 8:39 p.m. on a charge of possession of marijuana. She was released on $2,000 bond.

Four 15-year-old females were arrested Friday on charges of disturbing the peace by fighting.

A female, age 14, was arrested Sunday and charged with being a runaway.

All juveniles were released to guardians pending juvenile court.
