St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests this morning:

Candice Lee Burton, 26, of 335 Franklin St., Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 9:26 a.m. on a warrant charging her with probation violation. No bond was set.

Melissa Guillory Treadway, 54, of 771 Deforest Brown St., No. 27, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 2:58 p.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear on charges of issuing worthless checks. She was released on $700 bond.

Four juveniles were arrested Tuesday at 9:12 a.m. in connection with a burglary in Franklin.

Three males, two age 13 and one age 14, were charged with simple burglary. A female, age 14, was charged with unauthorized entry of a place of business.

Deputies were called to 203 Michael Drive, the Yokely Pumping Station, where several rain coats had reportedly been stolen and an excavator window broken. Surveillance video reportedly helped identify the juveniles. All were released to guardians, and more arrests may be pending.

Alicia Nichole Tucker, 17, of 132 Todd Lane, Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 11:32 a.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear on a charge of theft under $500. She was held on $1,500 bond.

Jovan M. Mosely, 32, of 120 Bernard St., Patterson, was arrested today at 1:02 a.m. on a Lafourche Parish warrant charging him with contempt of court. He was held on $10,000 bond.

Chitimacha Police Chief Blaise Smith reported the arrest of Desi Edwards, 29, of Lake Jackson, Texas, today at 3 a.m. on a charge of criminal trespassing. Edwards was released on a summons.

Vontre Leon Paul, 19, of Weber Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 11:45 p.m. on warrants charging him with aggravated battery requiring medical attention, two counts of child desertion, no insurance, resisting an officer, no driver’s license, failure to appear on charges of remaining where forbidden and also simple battery. He was also charged at the time of arrest with resisting by flight and two counts of criminal trespassing. He was held on $445 bond on some charges and no bond on others.

Doris Ann Washington-Collins, 38, of Rod Lane, Baldwin, was arrested Tuesday at 3:17 p.m. on a warrant charging her with remaining where forbidden. She was released on $500 bond.

Colby L. Spain, 29, of Fourth Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 10:03 p.m. on a warrant charging him with criminal damage to property. He was also charged with resisting an officer with force at the time of arrest. No bond was set.
