Small chlorine leak

A malfunctioning valve caused a small chlorine leak from a tank at the city water plant Wednesday morning. Though the leak was quickly contained, Franklin Fire Department personnel suited up in HazMat gear to mitigate the spilled chemical used to treat the Franklin water supply.
