Amelia Harris Bovia, 90, a resident of Morgan City and a native of New Orleans, died Thursday, November 2012, at 7:40 a.m., at Morgan City Health Care.
Visitation will be at Jones Funeral Home Chapel in Morgan City Saturday, November 10, from 9 a.m. until funeral service at 10 a.m. Burial will be in the Providence Memorial Park, Inc. in Metairie.
Amelia leaves to cherish her memories a daughter, Gail Bovia of Patterson; one sister, Mildred Francois of Morgan City; five grandchildren; and a host of relatives friends.
Mrs. Bovia was preceded in death by her parents; and a granddaughter.
