
The Morgan City U.S. Bowling Congress Bowling Association’s annual 700 Club Tournament was held Oct. 27. Dustin Fuselier won the tournament with a victory in the finals against Jerry Pillaro. From left are Pillaro, Fuselier and Adam Amador, who was the high handicap bowler. He did not make the finals but recorded a handicap series of 960.
In the finals, Fuselier defeated Jerry Pillaro, 232-225.
The event was a four-game format with the top qualifiers bowling head-to-head to determine a champion.
Fuselier led all qualifiers with games of 199, 257, 228 and 247 for a 931 series (232.75 average).
Pillaro qualified second with games of 205, 248, 246 and 216 for a 915 (228.75 average).
Adam Amador was the high handicap bowler. He did not make the finals but recorded a handicap series of 960.
