St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests this morning:

Eugene L. Green V, 33, of 255 Sawmill Road, Garden City, was arrested Thursday at 6:36 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on charges of violation of a protective order, criminal trespassing and disturbing the peace. He was held on $20,000 bond.

Dean Jackson, 49, of 131 Sun Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested today at 1:33 a.m. on a warrant charging him with cruelty to a juvenile. He was released on his own recognizance.

The St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division reported the arrest of Christopher Winter, 45, of 210 Wise St., Patterson, Thursday at 4:03 p.m. on a warrant charging him with second-offense possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on $2,500 bond.

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Okello Patrick Wheeler, 21, of Baton Rouge, Thursday at 5:51 p.m. on charges of second-offense possession of marijuana, second-offense possession of drug paraphernalia, open alcohol container, attempted possession of Schedule II and Schedule IV narcotics and forged and altered prescriptions. No bond was set.

Everette Wayne Johnson, 29, of Denham Springs, was arrested Thursday at 5:51 p.m. on charges of attempted possession with intent to distribute Schedule II and Schedule IV narcotics and two counts of altered and forged prescriptions. No bond was set.

Connie Jennings, 43, of Robertson Street, Lot A, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 2:40 p.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting. She was released to appear in court.

Crystal Duke, 31, of Lydia Drive, Charenton, was arrested today at 2:53 a.m. on charges of DWI, failure to obey red light, no driver’s license on person and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle. No bond was set.

A 16-year-old male was charged with being an ungovernable juvenile Thursday. He was released to legal guardians pending juvenile court.
