Franklin City Council members meet Tuesday in regular session for November.

Guests include representatives of the Troydrick Jenkins Dreams Fulfilled group, and Miller Engineers regarding the upcoming street overlay project.

The council will hear departmental reports regarding the Christmas parade; complaints of odors from the AmeriPure Oyster plant; an update on demolition of the housing structure at 614 Trowbridge St. and a liquor license application from Le Cypress Vue Restaurant.

Ordinances up for adoption are setting council district boundaries and renewing city liquor licenses.

There are resolutions for renovation, repair and limited maintenance of the city’s water towers; repairs to the St. Mary Garden Mausoleum in the city cemetery and an alcohol sales permit for Techeland Arts Council for their January production.

Councilman Dale Rogers is slated to discuss the Franklin Canal flood control structure.

The council meets at 6 p.m. at City Hall on Iberia Street.
