Sponsored by the City of Franklin and the Franklin Garden Club, the contest is to be held in residential and business categories. Homes will be judged on general outdoors appearance and businesses on display windows.
The city will be divided into four sections, with first and second place awards in each residential section. Businesses will receive first and second place awards.
Judging begins at 6:30 p.m. No registration is required, just turn the lights on to be judged.
