U.S. Sen. David Vitter announced staff satellite office hours for residents of St. Mary, Iberia, St. Martin, Vermilion, St. Landry, Evangeline and Acadia Parishes.

Vitter and his staff use satellite offices in addition to his town hall meetings around the state to make it easier for his constituents to find help in dealing with the federal government.

The St. Mary Parish location is at Berwick City Hall, 3225 Third St., and is open from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 10.

Residents are invited to attend these office hours and meet with a member of Vitter’s staff to discuss any problems they may have with a federal government agency. Constituents unable to attend these office hours can always call the Acadiana regional office in Lafayette at (337) 993-9502 to speak to a member of Vitter’s staff. The Lafayette office, located at 2201 Kaliste Saloom Road Suite 201, is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Vitter will be represented by staff and will not personally be in attendance.
