A juvenile male, age 16, was arrested Tuesday at 1:54 p.m. at Patterson High School on charges of possession of a Schedule II narcotic with intent to distribute and violation of a drug free zone. He was released to a guardian pending juvenile court.
Joseph Wade, 36, of 138 Village Lane, Amelia, was arrested Tuesday at 8:22 a.m. on a warrant charging him with second-degree battery. No bond was set.
Chantel D. Ruffin, 23, of Gibson, was arrested Tuesday at 9:57 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a CDS in the presence of a minor and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
Deidre Lee Satathite, 41, of 612 Anderson St., Franklin, was arrested today 1:43 a.m. on charges of DWI and improper lane use. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Earl Joseph Otis, 49, of Talbot Street, Franklin, today at 2:33 a.m. on a warrant charging him with simple battery. He was held on $500 bond.
