Mrs. Evelena Brown Williams, 65, a resident of Franklin and native of Patterson, died Sunday, December 9, 2012, at 3:35 a.m., at her home in Franklin following a short illness.

She is survived by her husband, Tyrone Williams Sr. of Franklin; three sons, Allen Brown, Tyrone Williams Jr. and DeShawn Williams of Franklin; one daughter Evelane Williams of Franklin; four sisters, Rosa Lee Daniels, Christine Stewart, Debra Charles and Sharon Austin of Franklin; 10 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.

Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her parents and three sisters.

Visitations will be observed Saturday, Dec. 15, from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., at Triumph Baptist Church in Franklin.

Burial rites will be read Saturday, at 10 a.m., at that church, with the Rev. Carl Lewis officiating. Interment will follow in the St. John Cemetery in Franklin.

The Otis Mortuary of Franklin is in charge of preparations.
