Tracy Anita Thomas, 45, of 207 Florida St., Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 10 a.m. on a warrant charging her with issuing worthless checks. She was released on a summons.
Lucille R. Leonard, no age given, of 711 Franklin St., Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 2:39 p.m. on a charge of shoplifting. She was released on a summons.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Chrissy M. Chauvin, 22, of Cedar Stret, Franklin, Monday at 4:24 p.m. on a charge of theft under $300. She was released on $1,000 bond.
A 13-year-old male was arrested Monday on a charge of theft. He was released to guardians pending juvenile court.
