While concrete repairs are complete, several dips remain temporarily until the asphalt contractor can mobilize to remove the existing asphalt and replace it.
Asphalt work has been awarded to Huey Stockstill Construction in Houma and will involve the removal of asphalt on Victor II from Cottonwood Street to Marguerite Street. The contractor also will repair the sites along Victor II between Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Myrtle Street.
The area around the Brashear Avenue intersection will remain concrete.
